1. Overview
This Refund Policy ("Policy") describes the refund practices of EB Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") for the Load Buzz service ("Service"). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). All fees are charged immediately upon subscription or renewal.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Standard Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period
- Unauthorized Charges: If your account was charged without your authorization
3.2 Refund Requests
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge date and provide:
- Your account username or email
- The date and amount of the charge
- A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Any relevant supporting documentation
4. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Your subscription access will be terminated immediately upon refund approval
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service (unless covered by a satisfaction guarantee)
- Failure to use the Service or lack of understanding of how to use it
- Technical issues on your end (device compatibility, internet connectivity, etc.)
- Violation of Terms and Conditions resulting in account termination
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after the charge date
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have paid for.
Important: Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account. We will investigate the dispute and may reinstate your account if the chargeback is resolved in our favor.
8. Special Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests that fall outside our standard policy. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
