How to Use Load Buzz
Step-by-step guide to get the most out of Load Buzz
Getting Started
Log In to Your Account
To access Load Buzz, you need to log in with your credentials. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for one.
Steps:
- Navigate to the login page
- Enter your email or username and password
- Click the "Log In" button

Understanding the Dashboard
Once logged in, you'll see the main dashboard with all available orders. The dashboard displays orders in a clean, organized list.
Key Elements:
- Refresh Orders Button: Updates the order list with latest data
- Settings Button: Access your account settings and preferences
- Dark Mode Toggle: Switch between light and dark themes
- Order Cards: Each order is displayed as a card with key information

Refreshing Orders
To get the latest orders from Amerifleet, you need to refresh the order list. This triggers a scrape of the latest data.
How to Refresh:
- Click the "Refresh Orders" button in the header
- Wait for the scraping process to complete (the button will show "Scraping...")
- Once complete, you'll see a notification showing how many new and updated orders were found
- The order list will automatically update with the latest data

Tip: Results are cached for 5 minutes, so multiple refreshes within that time will use cached data for faster response.
Filtering and Searching Orders
Load Buzz provides powerful filtering options to help you find the orders you're looking for quickly.
Available Filters:
- Search: Search by order number, pickup/delivery city, or vehicle details
- Pickup State: Filter orders by pickup state
- Delivery State: Filter orders by delivery state
- Pickup Date Range: Filter by minimum and maximum pickup dates
- Delivery Date Range: Filter by minimum and maximum delivery dates
- Show New Only: Display only newly discovered orders
- Show Unnotified Only: Display only orders you haven't been notified about
- Sort By: Sort orders by newest, oldest, pickup date, or delivery date

Tip: Combine multiple filters to narrow down your search. For example, you can filter by pickup state and delivery state together to find specific routes.
Viewing Order Details
Click on any order card to view detailed information about that order.
Order Details Include:
- Complete pickup and delivery addresses
- Pickup and delivery dates and times
- Vehicle information (year, make, model)
- Order number and status
- Pay information (if available)
- Distance and route information

Route Suggestions
Load Buzz can suggest optimal routes by chaining multiple orders together. This feature helps you find the most efficient routes.
How to Use Route Suggestions:
- Select multiple orders by clicking the checkbox on each order card
- Click the "Route Suggestions" button that appears
- Load Buzz will analyze the orders and suggest the best route
- Review the suggested route with distance and time estimates

Note: Route suggestions can chain up to 5 orders within 100 miles of each other. Distance calculations use the Haversine formula for straight-line distances.
Settings and Preferences
Customize Load Buzz to match your preferences and configure notification settings.
Settings Options:
- Configuration: Adjust scraping settings and driver ID
- Web Push Notifications: Enable browser notifications for new orders
- Auto-Scrape: Configure automatic order scraping at set intervals
- Password Change: Update your account password
- Debug Tools: View scraping screenshots and debug information

Notifications
Stay informed about new and updated orders with push notifications.
Notification Types:
- Web Push Notifications: Browser notifications that appear even when the app is closed
- Telegram Notifications: Receive notifications via Telegram bot (if configured)
- Notifications are sent automatically when new orders are found or existing orders are updated
Enabling Web Push:
- Go to Settings page
- Find the "Web Push Notifications" section
- Click "Enable Notifications"
- Allow notifications when prompted by your browser

Dark Mode
Load Buzz supports both light and dark themes. Switch between them at any time using the dark mode toggle.
How to Toggle:
- Look for the dark mode toggle button in the header (moon/sun icon)
- Click it to switch between light and dark themes
- Your preference is saved automatically

Tips and Best Practices
Refresh Frequency
Refresh orders regularly to stay up-to-date. Remember that results are cached for 5 minutes, so you won't need to refresh too frequently.
Use Filters Effectively
Combine multiple filters to quickly find orders that match your criteria. Save time by filtering by states, dates, or other criteria.
Enable Notifications
Enable push notifications to get instant alerts about new orders, even when you're not actively using the app.
Mobile Use
Load Buzz is a Progressive Web App (PWA), so you can install it on your mobile device for easy access. Look for the install prompt when using on mobile.
